It's funny how this post elicits heart ache from so many women - for this reason I hesitated in posting it. It would be a grief that would never go away. May God, who loves us with (even more than) the compassion and tenderness of a mother (Isaiah 49:15), bring comfort to you.Jeanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01538502318975037711noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7276278342039529509.post-60939469288221970632009-01-04T19:56:00.000+11:002009-01-04T19:56:00.000+11:00Praise the LORD for your two "mothers" and such wo...Praise the LORD for your two "mothers" and such wonderful grandmothers. Give Him thanks every day. What a blessing.

My mother died when I was four and my husband's mother died when he was twenty. Not a day goes by that I don't long for grandmothers for our (four) children, or the comfort of a mum for myself. We have many blessings in our lives and thanks to the grace of God I can read your blog and be glad (not jealous) for you. But enjoy and love your mums (as you clearly do)!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
