Congratulations!I understand the exciteme...Hi Jean,<br />Congratulations!I understand the excitement. I find it hard to believe but I have one more 28min run to go this week then I enter week nine and run my 30 minute runs. I am not fast, but I am managing to finish each run and like you, great is the rejoicing. I did have one day in week 7 when I just could not do it. I had to keep stopping to walk I felt so weak, but I repeated that one a few days later and was ok.<br /><br />It is exciting how good it makes me feel.
