Hi Jean, Congratulations!I understand the excitement. I find it hard to believe but I have one more 28min run to go this week then I enter week nine and run my 30 minute runs. I am not fast, but I am managing to finish each run and like you, great is the rejoicing. I did have one day in week 7 when I just could not do it. I had to keep stopping to walk I felt so weak, but I repeated that one a few days later and was ok.
It is exciting how good it makes me feel. I am even considering signing up for a 5K fundraising run, something I would not have done last year.
Good on you Heather! Good to hear I'm not the only one who sometimes feels weak. I've been feeling pretty sluggish and slow - but the body, it seems, has its own ideas, and trudges (or slowly jogs!) on.
